Dental Insurance We Work With
Country Club Dental is contracted with DeltaCare HMO and Delta Dental PPO. We also accept all other PPO dental insurance plans.
Delta Dental PPO
We are contracted with Delta Dental PPO and can help patients understand estimated benefits and patient responsibility.
DeltaCare HMO
We are contracted with DeltaCare HMO. Coverage, copays, assigned office status, and plan rules vary by patient.
Other PPO Plans
We accept all other PPO dental insurance plans. Benefits and patient responsibility depend on the specific plan.

Every dental insurance plan is different. Coverage, copays, deductibles, waiting periods, frequency limits, annual maximums, exclusions, downgraded benefits, missing tooth clauses, and patient responsibility vary by plan. Any estimate provided by our office is not a guarantee of payment by insurance.

$0 Cleanings for Insured Patients
Depending on plan benefits, eligibility, frequency limits, and patient responsibility. Call our office for details.
$99 New Patient Special
For new patients without dental insurance. Includes comprehensive exam, digital x-rays, and professional cleaning when appropriate.
Payment Plans May Be Available
For eligible treatment, third-party financing may help make dental care more manageable. Approval, terms, rates, payment amounts, and promotional options vary by provider.
Sunbit
Our preferred financing option. Sunbit may be available for eligible dental treatment, subject to approval. Please ask our team for details.
CareCredit
CareCredit may be available as a financing option for eligible dental treatment. Ask our team for details.
Proceed Finance
Proceed Finance may be available for larger treatment plans, including advanced dental care.
Cherry
Cherry may be available as another payment option for eligible treatment. Ask our office for details.
Financing Disclaimer
Financing is provided by third-party companies and is subject to approval. Country Club Dental does not determine approval, interest rates, repayment terms, promotional eligibility, or monthly payment amounts. Financing is separate from dental insurance and any in-house membership plan.
In-House Membership Plan
For patients without dental insurance who would like to be part of our office, we offer an annual in-house membership plan. For the first adult member, the plan costs less than $1 per day.
Annual Pricing
What Is Included
The in-house membership plan is not dental insurance. It is valid for one year from enrollment and may be renewed yearly. It cannot be combined with dental insurance, other offers, outside financing discounts, or services provided outside Country Club Dental.
