Options for Patients With or Without Dental Insurance
Country Club Dental is contracted with DeltaCare HMO and Delta Dental PPO. We also accept all other PPO dental insurance plans.
Because every dental plan is different, coverage, copays, deductibles, waiting periods, frequency limits, and patient responsibility may vary. Our team is happy to help review your benefits and explain estimates before treatment begins.
For patients without dental insurance who would like to be part of our office, we offer an in-house dental membership plan designed to make preventive care easier to maintain.
Financing options may also be available for eligible treatment through third-party financing providers.

For patients without dental insurance who would like to be part of our office, our annual membership plan offers a simple way to stay consistent with preventive dental care. For the first adult member, the plan costs less than $1 per day.
Membership Includes
Simple Annual Plan
The membership plan is valid for one year from the date of enrollment and may be renewed each year.
Payment is due annually. Monthly payments are not available.
This membership plan is not dental insurance and cannot be combined with dental insurance, other offers, or outside financing discounts. It applies only to services provided at Country Club Dental. Please call our office for full details.
